Cavalaire sur mer
is, after Marseille, the the second dive site in the
French Mediterranean sea.
The Bay of Cavalaire is situated to the west of the peninsula
of St Tropez. It is a privileged site of the French Riviera
protected by the Maures range and the Lardier Cape which diverts
clouds coming from the East, opposite the Iles
d’Or ( “The Golden Islands”),
from the Levant to Porquerolles.
The hinterland will offer you nice walks that will allow you
to discover typical Provençal villages. |

The
exceptional sunshine of the Bay (more
than 300 sunny days a year) and the 4-kilometer
fine sand beach that slopes gently turns out to
be a unique stay site the year long.
The average temperatures:
From January to March : 17°C / 63°F
From April to June : 20°C / 68°F
From July to september : 25°C / 77°F
From October to december : 19°C / 66°F |
